Methods purified by column chromatography, through the physical and chemical properties and spectral data analysis, identification of its chemical structure. The results from the chicken bone-Xiang 70% ethanol extract of the root were isolated and identified seven compounds were Mallotucin B (Ⅰ ), Cyperenoic acid (Ⅱ ), Ent-spathulenol (Ⅲ ), Cyperenol (Ⅳ ), Lupeol (Ⅴ ), β -Sitosterol (Ⅵ ), Stigmasterol (Ⅶ ). Conclusion In addition to compounds Ⅱ , the other compounds were first isolated from a chicken bone to be the root incense.
