【Summary】 In the current period of social transition, the school management of change in contemporary China has become an important part of educational reform, in the reform process highlighted many shortcomings, school management, and therefore face a series of difficulties and challenges. System seems to be the key to these issues and focus. In fact, the institutional problem is education and management of the surface of the many drawbacks of the reasons is that the executive powers of its roots based school management concept.
