· 40· 滨州医学院学报2008年2月第31卷第1期 BMU Journal，Feb．2008…Vo1．3l，No．1 指掌侧固有动脉的断层观测 赵冬梅 李 滨 胡凤爱 张 力 刘洪付 刘 蛟 滨州医学院解剖学教研室 滨州市 256603 【摘要】 目的 观察国人手指掌侧固有动脉的管径和截面积，以期为临床提供数据。方法 用27例成人手指作组织切片 后，取近侧、中间和远侧指横纹及相邻指横纹中点处的横断面切片，对指掌侧固有动脉管径和截面积进行了观测。结果 指 掌桡侧固有动脉多出现在断面中的4、5区，指掌尺侧固有动脉多位于8、9区内；拇指在I、Ⅱ断层上，动脉的外径、截面积桡侧 大干尺侧，在Ⅲ断层两者相仿；示指、中指管径、截面积皆为尺侧大干桡侧；环指、小指管径、截面积平均值桡侧大干尺侧。结论 在临床指掌侧固有动脉吻合时，应注意先吻合优势动脉。 【关键词】 指掌侧固有动脉；手指；断面解剖 【中图分类号】 R323 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1001-9510(2008)01-0040-03 Observation of proper palmar digital a~ery in sections of finger ZHAO Dongmei LI Bin HU Fenghi et al Department of Anatomy，Binzhou Medical University，Binzhou 256603 【Abstract】 Objective To study the diameter and cross—sectional area of pmper palmar digital artery，providing anatomic data for fingertip reconstruction．Methods The sections were made on the fingers of 27 adults at the proximal-middle and distal transvers digit— al stria and at the middle of the aajacent transvers digital stria．The diameter and cross—sectional area of the proper palmar arteries were observed and measured．Results The radial proper palmar digital arteries appearing in region of 4-5，and the ulnar proper pal— mar digital arteries appearing in region of 8，9．The diameter and cross—sectional area of thumb in the radial were bigger than those in the ulnar of section l、11．The diameter and cmss—sectional area of index and middle finger in the ulnar were bigger than those in the radia1．The diameter and cross—sectional area of ring finger and little finger in the radial were big~r than those in the ulnar．Conclusion The position artery should be coincided in clinical when coinciding pmper palmar digital artery． 【Key words】 proper palmar digital artery，middle finger-sectional anatomy 随着手部外科的广泛开展。断指再植的研究越 径，垂直于纵径的最大径为横径，按椭圆形
