． 宫颈癌放射治疗后Aurora—A、p2 1基因改变的临 屎 ．研 冗 黄 杰 ，林伟明 ，沈 湘 ，吴 华 (1．广东医学院附属医院肿瘤科，湛江市 524001；2．广东省电白人民 医院放疗科，茂名市 525400) 中图分类号 R737．33 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1672—2124(2008)01—0053—03 摘 要 目的：探讨宫颈癌组织放射治疗前后Aurora—A、p21基因的转录表达及其变化与临床放射治疗之间的关系。方法：运用 RT—PCR的方法检测了103例宫颈癌组织中Aurora—A、p21的表达情况，放射治疗前后的变化。结果：103例宫颈癌组织中89例 组织中(86．40％)检测至Aurora—A表达。经放疗后，63例(61．17％)表达减弱、7例(6．80％)表达增强，19例(18、45％)无明显变 化．14例(13．59％)放疗前没有检测到Aurora—A表达的宫颈癌组织仍然没有检测到其表达。有75例(72．82％)组织表达p21。放 射治疗后58例((56．31％)表达减弱，3例(2．9l％)没有明显改变，l4例(13．59％)表达增强。其余28例宫颈癌组织(27．18％)放疗 前后均没有检测到p2l表达。结论：放射治疗可以引起宫颈癌组织中Aurora—A和p21基因表达呈现降低趋势。因此，我们推测 Aumm—A可能通过调节细胞周期及相关蛋白p21和c—myc等的功能，而与放射治疗效果存在一定联系。 关键词 宫颈肿瘤；Aurora—A；p21；放射治疗 Expressions of Aurora—-A and p21 Genes in Patients with Cervical Cancer after Radiotherapy HUANG JieH，LIN Weiming2，SHEN Xiang ，wU Hua (Dept．of Oncology，The Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College，Zhanjiang 52400 1，China；2．Dept．of Radiotherapy，Guangdong Dianbai People’s Hospital，Maoming 525400，China) ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE：To investigate the expressions of Aurora—A and p2 1 genes in cervical cancer patients before and after receiving radiotherapy and the correlation between gene expression change and radiotherapy．METHODS：RT— PCR was applied to detect the expressions of Aurora A and p2 1 in cervical cancer tissues of 1 03 cases be~re and after radiotherapy．RESULTS：Of the 103 cases，89(86．40％)had expressions of Aurora—A．After radiotherapy，the expression of Aurora—A was down—regulated in 63(61．17％)，up—regulated in 7(6．80％)，and it was of no significant change in 19(18．45％)；however，there was still no expression of Aurora—A in the 14 cases(13．59％)whose expression of Aurora—A be~re radiotherapy was not detected．Of the total 103 cases，75(75．82％)had expression of P21．After radiotherapy，the expression of p21 was down—regulated in 58(56．31％)，up—regulated in 14(13．59％)，and it was of no significant change in 3(2．91％)，however，there was stil1
