探究场域的“游离部落”——非研究型大学文科硕士生“在场”状态研究-exploring.docxVIP

摘要研究生教育场域是学术场域与教育场域的交集，共同遵循着学术与教育双重逻辑。研究生教育本质上是研究生与导（教）师、研究生与研究生之间基于高深学问的教育性人际互动。在研究生教育活动中，导师和研究生们围绕着高深知识生产和传播形成了一定的客观关系网络，即研究生教育场域。在本研究中，“在场状态”系指行动者之间的关系密度。学术关系密度和教育关系密度是研究生教育场域的两大核心关系密度。学术关系密度指行动者之间基于高深知识的互动的频率，教育关系密度指行动者之间具有教育性的互动的频率。行动者之间学术关系密度和教育关系密度越大，场域建构就越完善，场域的型塑力也越强。本研究的思路如下：在对研究生教育本质进行理论探讨的基础上，首次提出了研究生在场状态的两种关系密度，并建构了在场状态的分析框架，在此基础上对H大学文科硕士生在场状态进行了深入的个案研究。本研究运用布迪厄的社会学场域理论，将研究生教育作为一个探究的场域，研究这个场域中文科硕士生的在场状态。研究发现，文科硕士生的学术关系密度和教育关系密度均比较低，无法形成稳定的“学术-教育”共同体，场域构建程度比较低，其在场状态呈现出“原子化”趋势，处于“游离”状态。通过对文科硕士生从候场、入场到离场的在场轨迹变迁的回溯和梳理，发现文科硕士生脱离场域的惯习是文科硕士生自身对研究生教育的认知、严峻的就业环境和低效、“无用”的研究生培养方式等因素共同作用的结果。“混文凭”是文科硕士生在面对现实环境时的无奈选择。重建文科硕士生教育共同体是提高文科硕士生教育质量的重要途径。本研究的创新点在于将场域的视角引入研究生教育研究中，并将研究生教育定义为一种基于高深知识的教育性人际互动。在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上，构建了研究生教育场域分析框架，并在此框架指导下，开展经验研究。与已有的研究只重视理论推演、缺乏实证资料或者只停留在经验研究层次缺乏理论提升不同，本研究采取理论导向的经验研究路径。关键词：场域；在场状态；高深学问；学术关系密度；教育关系密度IAbstractGraduateeducationfieldistheintersectionofacademicfieldandeducationfield,co-followingtheduallogicofacademicandeducation.Graduateeducationisessentiallyakindofeducationalinterpersonalinteractions,basedonhigherlearning,amongthepostgraduatesandsupervisors.Duringgraduateeducationactivities,supervisorsandgraduatestudentsproduceanddisseminatehigherlearning,formingacertainobjectiverelationshipnetwork,whichiscalledgraduateeducationfield.Presencestatusreferstotherelationshipsdensityamongactorsinthisfield.Academicrelationshipdensityandeducationrelationshipdensityisthetwocorerelationshipsingraduateeducationfield.Theacademicrelationshipdensityreferstothefrequencyofinteractionsbasedonhigherlearningamongactors.Theeducationrelationshipdensityreferstothefrequencyofeducationalinteractionsamongactors.Themoregreatertheacademicrelationshipdensityandeducationrelationshipsdensityamongactorsbecome,themoreperfecterthefieldwillbeconstructedandtheshapingforceofthefieldwillbemorestronger.Theideaofthisstudyareasfollows:firstly,theauthorexploredthenatureofgraduateeducationandproposedtwokindofrelationshipsdensity,witchisusedtodiscribethepresencestatusofgraduatestud
