上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文摘要 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 摘要 Ⅰ Ⅰ T 公司注塑项目的供应商选择与评价研究 摘 要 对于完全依赖供应商提供产品的外贸公司来说，供应商的好坏直接关系到样品能 否通过客户最终认可，项目的进度能否如期完成，成本能否控制在预算以内，批量生 产的产品品质能否持续稳定。加强和改善供应商管理，是降低项目运作成本、提高效 率、寻求利益突破、满足客户需求的重要途径。因此，利用项目采购管理方法有针对 性地解决采购过程中遇到的问题，对于外贸公司有重要意义。 本文研究的目的是建立一个完善的适合外贸行业注塑项目的供应商选择和评价 体系。首先，深入分析 T 公司项目采购过程中存在的问题；然后，比较相关理论的优 缺点，对现有采购流程和供应商选择评价体系提出优化和改进，包括对供应商的分类、 信息调查、审核、询价、选择等各个环节进行系统性的规定；最后，用案例验证的方 法，对制定的体系进行动态跟踪和调整，方便公司找到提供更好的价格、配合良好的 供应商，满足不同客户的需求。 完善后的选择评价体系适用于不同注塑项目的采购状况，使公司能够更加快速的 确定采购方案，降低成本，缩短交货期，提高产品质量，提升企业竞争力，为同类外 贸企业塑胶制品项目采购提供实践参考。 关键词：跨国外贸公司，注射成型塑胶制品项目，供应商选择,层次分析 法 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文AB 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT II II STUDY ON SUPPLIER SELECTION AND EVALUATION OF INJECTION MOLDING PROJECT IN T COMPANY ABSTRACT For a foreign trade company which depends wholly on suppliers, the merits of a supplier plays a decisive role on the success of a project because the supplier affects directly whether the customer endorse the product, whether the project is completed on schedule, whether the cost is controlled in the budget, and whether the quality of mass production is stable and sustainable. Strengthening and improving the management on suppliers is a significant way to reduce project costs, improve efficiency, seek interest breakthrough and meet customer demands. Therefore, it is very essential to apply the method of project procurement management to solve the problems in the procurement process for a foreign trade company. The purpose of this study is to establish a supplier selection and evaluation system which is fit for plastic injection molding project procurement. Firstly, analysis on the existing problems in the procurement and comparison with the related researches and methods aim at establishing the supplier selection and evaluation system in company T.
