微课堂在卫生应急进校园培训中应用效果评价
摘 要 目的:?ξ⒖翁谩⒚媸谂嘌怠⑽⒖翁猛?面授培训混合三种形式在卫生应急进校园培训中的效果进行分析、评价,探索适合我国国情的基层医院卫生应急进校园培训模式。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法选取嘉定区南翔镇3所学校7年级各一个班级的学生作为研究对象,3个班级的学生数量分别为41名、33名和43名,共117名。将3个班级的学生随机分成微课堂组、面授培训组和混合组进行授课。对学生进行培训前、后卫生应急知识的问卷调查和能力评估。结果:培训后,面授培训组与微课堂组正确答题均数比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:微课堂的培训形式有助于提升培训效果,可在今后的卫生应急培训中进行推广,使更多的中学生掌握卫生应急技能,增强其应对灾害和意外的能力。

ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze and evaluate the effect of three forms of microlecture, face to face training and microlecture mixed with face to face training of health emergency into the campus training to explore the training mode of the health emergency of the grass-roots hospital into the campus training which was suitable for the national conditions of our country. Methods: With cluster random sampling method the students of a class in the seventh grade of three schools in Nanxiang Community, Jiading District were selected as the research objects and the number of students in each of the three classes was 41, 33 and 43, respectively, a total of 117 students. The students of 3 classes were randomly divided into a microlecture group, a face to face training group and a microlecture mixed with face to face training group. The questionnaire survey and ability assessment of health emergency knowledge before and after training were carried out for the students. Results: After the training, the average numbers of correct answers of the face-to-face training group and the microlecture group were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).
