抗Hp序贯疗法对消化性溃疡并出血疗效研究 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨抗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）序贯疗法对消化性溃疡并出血的效果。方法 50例消化性溃疡并出血患者， 随机分为对照组与观察组， 各25例。对照组采用常规疗法进行治疗， 观察组采用抗Hp序贯疗法进行治疗。经过1个月的治疗后， 观察和对比两组患者的治疗效果、胃溃疡的愈合情况、止血时间和止血率。结果 观察组Hp转阴总有效率为92%， 明显高于对照组的60%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。?^察组胃溃疡愈合总有效率为96%， 明显高于对照组的76%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者止血率为100%， 止血时间为（28.95±16.00）h， 均优于对照组的60%、（38.69±16.20）h， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 抗Hp序贯疗法治疗消化性溃疡并出血效果显著， 能够有效地抑制Hp繁殖， 促使溃疡面获得改善， 值得临床广泛应用。 　　【关键词】 抗幽门螺杆菌；序贯疗法；消化性溃疡；出血；临床疗效 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.12.057 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of anti-helicobacter pylori （Hp） sequential therapy for peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods A total of 50 peptic ulcer bleeding patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy for treatment， and the observation group received anti-Hp sequential therapy for treatment. After 1 month of treatment， observation and comparison were made on treatment effect， gastric ulcer healing status， hemostasis time and hemostasis rate in two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total Hp negative conversion effective rate as 92% than 60% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher total gastric ulcer healing effective rate as 96% than 76% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The observation group had hemostasis rate as 100%， hemostasis time as （28.95±16.00） h， which were all better than 60% and （38.69±16.20） h in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Anti-Hp sequential therapy shows significant effect in treating peptic ulcer bleeding， and it can effectively inhibit Hp reproduction and prompt ulcer surface improvement.
