渐进式康复护理法在冠脉内支架置入术后护理应用体会 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.20.81 　　摘 要 目的：探讨渐进式康复护理法在冠脉内支架置入术后的护理应用效果。方法：2012年1月-2013年1月收治行冠脉内支架置入术患者126例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各63例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上同时给予早期渐进式康复护理，包括健康意识教育、心理调节、饮食指导和渐进式康复运动，护理干预时间均为12个月，12个月后对两组生理检测结果、体质量指数、血压、血脂、运动耐受强度、胸闷的发作频率及其射血分数等进行比较。结果：12个月后，两组在体重指数、血压、血脂、射血分数、运动耐受度、胸闷发作次数等方面进行比较，观察组要优于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：渐进式康复护理可促进冠脉内支架置入术后患者心脏康复，临床疗效满意，可显著提高患者心脏康复水平和患者生活质量，且患者易于接受亦无不良反应，值得临床推广。 　　关键词 渐进式护理 冠脉支架置入术 心脏康复 危险因素 　　Experience of the progressive rehabilitative nursing method applicated after coronary stent implantation 　　Feng Yun 　　The Fifth Ward of Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing University City，401331 　　Abstract Objective：To investigate the gradual rehabilitation nursing care effect applicated after coronary stent implantation.Methods：126 cases with intracoronary stent implantation were selected from January 2012 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 63 cases in each.The control group were given conventional nursing.The observation group were given early progressive rehabilitation nursing care on the basis of conventional nursing，including health education，psychological adjustment，diet guidance and progressive rehabilitation.Nursing intervention time was 12 months in two groups.Then compare the physiological detection results，the body mass index，blood pressure，blood lipid exercise intensity，chest tightness，seizure frequency and ejection fraction in two groups after 12 months.Results：After 12 months，the body mass index，blood pressure，blood lipid，ejection fraction，exercise tolerance，chest tightness and attack times of the observation group were superior than those of the control group，and the diference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The progressive rehabilitative nursing can help patients with cardiac rehabilitation after coronary stent implantation.The clinical effect was satisfactory.It can significantly improve the level of cardiac
