隐神经大隐静脉营养血管与逆行胫后动脉皮支蒂复合瓣在足跟部瘢痕修复中应用 　　[摘要]目的:探讨应用隐神经-大隐静脉营养血管与逆行胫后动脉皮支蒂复合瓣修复足跟部瘢痕的疗效。方法:应用隐神经-大隐静脉营养血管与逆行胫后动脉皮支为蒂的复合瓣修复足跟部瘢痕共11例。设计的皮瓣面积为6cm×8cm～9cm×16cm。结果:11例患者皮瓣全部成活，创面Ⅰ期愈合，术后随访患者3～24个月，均取得满意效果。结论：隐神经-大隐静脉营养血管与逆行胫后动脉皮支蒂复合瓣相对较长，血供可靠，皮瓣可切取面积大，是修复足跟部瘢痕的理想皮瓣。 　　[关键词]隐神经;大隐静脉营;复合瓣；足跟部瘢痕；修复 　　[中图分类号]R622 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2009）03-0292-03 　　 　　Application in restoration of heel scar with regressive flap based saphenous nerve-great Saphenous vein nutritional vessels and cutaneous branch of posterior tibial artery complex flap distally-based pedicled 　　HUANG Yong-xin1,ZHAN Xin-hua1,FU Fu-ren2,FAN Jin-cai3,WU Zu-huang1,LIN Xue-mei1,XIE Yang-chun3 　　(1.Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery，the First medical Hospital Affiliated to PLA Fuzhou General Hospital，Putian 351100，Fujian, China；2.Cosmetoloty Surgury Department of medicine institute Putian University；3.Plastic Surgury Hospital,Academy of medical sciences) 　　Abstract: Objective To evaluate the curative effect of regressive flap based saphenous nerve-great saphenous vein nutritional vessels and cutaneous branch of posterior tibial artery complex flap distally-based pedicled in repairing heel scar. Methods 11 cases of the heel scar were repaired with regressive pedicled skin flap based saphenous nerve-great saphenous vein nutritional vessels and cutaneous branch of posterior tibial artery complex flap distally-based pedicled Planned area of skin flap were 6cm×8cm～9cm×16cm. Results In the 11 cases of skin flaps,these flaps were completely alive. Followed up for 3 months to 2 years the flap survived very well,and foot restored well function. Conclusion Regressive flap based saphenous nerve-great saphenous vein nutritional vessels and cutaneous branch of posterior tibial artery complex flap distally-based pedicled has reliable blood supply,skin flap pedicle is longer,superior texture and superior appearance,and incisive area of the flap is larger.It is very useful in reconstructing heel scar. 　　Key words:
