臂踝脉搏波传导速度和高血压性射血分数保留心力衰竭相关性研究 　　【摘要】目的 分析踝臂脉搏波传导速度（ baPWV） 及高血压性射血分数保留心力衰竭相关性因素，进一步探讨二者的相关性。方法 按照现行诊断标准，选择高血压性射血分数保留心力衰竭患者 40 例（C组）， 高血压病无心力衰竭组40例（B组）以及健康对照组40例（A组）。测量所有研究对象的 baPWV，同时测定体重指数（BMI）、收舒压（SBP），舒张压（DP），脉压（PP）、心脏彩超舒张功能相关指标，脑钠肽前体检测（ NT-proBNP） 等生化指标。结果 多元逐步线性回归分析显示，NT-proBNP、收缩压与 bAPWV 呈独立正相关（β=0.35，0，0.531，P0.05）。PP，baPWV是左室舒张功能指标E/E的独立影响因素（β=0.268，0.407 P0.05），随着baPWV、脉压的增大，E/E增大。结论 随着bAPWV的升高，E/E升高，左室舒张功能减退，baPWV 能为高血压性射血分数保留心力衰竭提供诊断依据。 　　【关键词】高血压；舒张功能不全；射血分数保留心力衰竭；臂踝脉搏波传导速度 　　【中图分类号】R544.1 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】ISSN.2095-6681.2018.3..02 　　Correlation between brachial - ankle pulse wave velocity and hypertensive ejection fraction in patients with heart failure 　　WU Hai-jun1，SUN Gang*2 　　（1.Baotou medical college，Neimenggu Baotou 014040，China；2.the second affiliated hospital of Baotou medical college，，Neimenggu Baotou 014030，China） 　　【Abstract】Objective To analyze the relationship between ankle-brachial-artery pulse wave velocity （baPWV） and hypertension with preserved ejection fraction of heart failure，and to further explore the correlation between the two.Methods According to the current diagnostic criteria， 40 patients with hypertensive ejection fraction preserving heart failure，40 hypertensive patients without heart failure （group B） and 40 healthy controls （group A） were included in the study.The baPWV was measured in all the subjects.The body mass index （BMI）， systolic blood pressure （SBP），diastolic pressure （DP），pulse pressure （PP），indexes of cardiac color Doppler diastolic function，NT- proBNP and other biochemical indicators.Results Multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis showed that NT-proBNP and systolic pressure（SP） were independently and positively correlated with baPWV （β = 0.350， 0.531， P 0.05）.PP and baPWV were independent influencing factors of left ventricular diastolic function E / E （β=0.268，0.407，P0.05）.With the increase of baPWV and pulse pressure，E/E.Conclusion With the increase of baPWV，E/Eincreased，Left ventricular diastol
