浅论承包商国际的项目风险管理 　　【摘要】国际工程履约中存在许多风险。风险一旦转化为现实，将使承包商蒙受损失，情况严重的会使工期拖延，使项目盈利转化为亏损。如何对工程风险进行管理，笔者根据在国外工程项目上工作的体会，提出了一些自己的看法。 　　【关键词】国际工程风险风险管理 　　Abstract: There are many risks in international construction agreements. Once the risks transfer into the fact, the contractors will have a big loss, even the construction date will be delayed, lastly, the benefit will be changed the loss. How to manage the construction risk.
