The development of enterprises in todays world is a cultural victory
time,a business management and the culture are closely related. Corporate
culture ofanenterprise is the foundation of the survival and development,it
is the status of a magic weapon to the enterprise which is unbeaten in the
competitiom. Corporate culture is the corevalue,affectthe operating results
ofenterprises and employees.
Of course, eventually the competitiveness of enterprises are
competitive people, Human resources are the most valuable corporate
social resources. How managing, educating, employing people are the most
important and difficult to resolve problems that enterprises have. And
different companies have different human resource management models,
this is becausethe corporate cultureplays a subtle role.
First of all, in this paper, it is beginnging from the corporate culture
and human resources two theories,to draw the correlation between the two
theories. And through the corporate culture and human resource
management’s features and functions, analyzing the corporate culture and
human resources management and the practical application of the internal
contact in the process of interactive. After than, proposed building a
