中等职业学校在职业教育精准扶贫中应 如何作为 虎文华 陕西师范大学 摘要： 屮等职业学校是职业教育精准扶贫实施的根基，在当地贫困农民人力资本的形 成和积累中发挥着决定性作用，也为优化贫困区农业供给侧质量发挥着重要作 用。但现实是，在适应贫困区农业现代化一县域经济增长一以城带乡一全面小康 的职业教育精准扶贫背景下，中等职业学校并不能发挥应有的功能。面向贫困区 农业产业化发展的课程设置和农业职业技术教师几乎为零。因此，加快建立以技 术屮心、创业中心、市场信息中心、学校农场为中国特色的屮等职业学校的体系, 重点落实种一养一加一售等专业实训课程，以本土化的人力资本建构种一养一 加一售等农业职业技术教师队伍，是中等职业学校落实职业教育精准扶贫之策 的根木。 关键词： 中等职业学校;精准扶贫;课程实施;教师队伍建设; 作者简介：虎文华（1989—）,女，陕西师范大学教育学院2015级硕士研究生, 研究方向为职业技术教育学原理。 Strategies of Secondary Vocational Schools in Targeted Poverty Alleviation HU Wen—hua Shaanxi Normal University; Abstract： The secondary vocational school is the foundation of the implenientation of targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education, and it plays a decisive role in the formation and accumulation of human capital in the local poor peasants, and al so plays an important role in optimizing the quality of agricultural supply-side in povcrty areas. But the reality is that, the secondary vocational schools cannot perform the due roles in targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education with the background agriculture modernization in poverty areas-county economic growth-city growth wi th vil lage-overal1 prosperous society. The curriculum for agricultural industrialization dcvclopment in the poverty areas and the agricultural professional and technical teachers are almost zero. So, it is necessary to build up technical center, business center, market information center and school farm as a system of secondary vocational schools with Chinese characteristics, to implement professional training courses such as pla nti ng，breeding, proccssi ng，an d sclli ng, t o cons true t the agricultural professional and technical teachers by localized human capital, this is the fundamental way secondary vocational schools to implement the strategy of targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education.
