新生儿疾病筛查研究前质量管理doi： 10. 3969/j. issn. 1007-614x. 2014. 10. 71摘要目的：新生儿疾病筛查的检测结果会不同程度地受到人为及外界因素的影响，对这些影响因素进行探讨，为筛查工作提供参考依据。方法：对近10年在西安市筛查中心的标本做回顾性分析。结果：针对分析前的影响因素（如采血，标本的储存、运输等）对新生儿疾病筛查检测结果的干扰进行探讨，促使检验人员在整个试验过程中做好质量控制，保证检测质量，提高阳性检出率，避免发生漏诊误诊。结论：由于对新生儿疾病筛查的认识不足，导致标本不合格、递送不及时等，对儿童的智能发育造成不可逆的损害，因此有必要将新生儿疾病筛查检测前影响因素逐一讨论分析。关键词新生儿疾病筛查分析前质量管理Quality management before neonatal disease screening analysisMeng Xiangping, Fan JiaojiaoThe Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xi， an City, Shanxi 710003Abstract Objective： Because of The detection resuIt of neonatal disease screening will be varying degrees affected by anthropogenic and externa.1 factors , in order to provide the reference of later work for the vast number of screening workers, we investigated these influence factors .Methods： We retrospective analyzed the specimens of Xi，an City screening center in recent 10 years .Results： To investigate the interference of the influence factors of the pre-test (such as blood sampling, specimens and transportation of storage and other) to the results of neonatal screening, it can make the in spection personnel pay more at tention to the quality control during the entire experiment, ensure the quality of detection. So we could improve the positive rate and avoid misdiagnosis. Conclusion： Owing to the lack of knowledge of neonatal disease screening, lead to unqualified samples, delivery is not timely and so on , it can cause irreversible damage to the intellectual development of children , so it is necessary to discuss and analysis the each influence factors of neonatal disease screening before the test.Key words Neonatal disease screening ； Before analysis； Quality management新生儿疾病筛查是指在新生儿出生后，通过先进的实验室检查，对某些危害严重的先天性遗传代谢性疾病进行检测，以便早期诊断、治疗，避免新生儿的脑、肝、肾等出现不可逆的损害，从而导致体格、智能发育障碍甚至死亡。其主要包括甲状腺功能低下症（CH）和苯丙酮尿症（PKU）两种疾病的筛查［1］。我国的出生缺陷发生率较高，每年大约有4%的新生儿患病，不仅对患儿本身造成巨大影响，同时增加了社会和家庭的负担［2］。随着实验技术的日趋成熟，新生儿疾病筛查试验已经在一定程度上成为优生优育不可或缺的一道关口，使新生儿在临床症状没有表现或者表现轻微的情况下即可被诊断，把握其最佳治疗时期，从而避免和减少出生缺陷的残疾儿。对象西安市管辖区（县）医疗保健机
