城市中心区绿道系统规划策略研究 ——以宁波市鄞州中心城区绿道系统规划为例 谢灿，张鸿 摘要：绿道系统作为市民慢行、休闲、健身等活动的重要载体，越来越引起关注。特别是城市中心区，从 市民高品质生活需求为导向的角度来看，绿道系统将承载更多的功能，如滨水休闲道、慢跑通道、轨道联 络道等，因此，对绿道进行系统化的规划控制及建设引导是非常重要的。本文以宁波市鄞州中心城区的绿 道系统规划为例，提出“绿道与街区慢行、滨水休闲空间一体化规划控制”的理念，策略上， “规划布局 与实施并重”。主要规划内容中，在确定总的绿廊系统结构后，分片区、分等级、有层次、有重点的进行 详细规划，以全方位引导后续系统控制及建设，同时，基于中心城区新老区域现状条件的差距，在绿道系 统构建与逐步整体提升方面，提出切实的规划管控方案。另外，从不同群体对绿道不同需求的角度出发， 构建了多元素的特色绿道系统。 关键词：绿道系统，一体化规划，连续，特色绿道 Study onthePlanning Strategy ofGreenRoad SysteminUrbanCentral ——A Case Study ofGreenRoad SystemPlanninginYinzhouCentralDistrict o fNingboCity Abstract: as an important carrier of slow, leisure and fitness activities, green road system has attracted more and more attention. Especially in urban centres, from the point of view of the high quality of life demand of the citizens, the green track system will carry more functions, such as waterfront leisure track,jogging passage, track liaison track, etc. It is very important to carry on systematic planning control and construction guidance to the green road. Taking the planning of green road system in Yinzhou central district of Ningbo as an example, this paper putsforward theidea ofgreen road andblock slow running,waterfront leisure space integratedplanning and control and the strategy of planning layout and implementation equally.
