基于工业4.0理念的深圳市产业升级探索 钱志诚 摘要：工业4.0被认为是第四次工业革命，是德国政府于2011年公布的 《高技术战略2020》中的一项战 略，旨在支持在制造业领域新一代革命性技术的研发与创新，保持德国的国际竞争力。工业4.0战略为我 们展现了一幅全新的工业蓝图。本篇论文从认识德国实施工业4.0战略的原因及其主要特征入手，着力说 明工业4.0战略即将给德国制造业带来的巨大革命性变化，并试图发现其与深圳产业升级调整的共通之处。 深圳基于电子信息产业技术优势和有利的政策环境，可能最有条件率先在国内朝着工业4.0的方向转型； 特别是在 《中国制造2025》的战略指导下，深圳应该积极探索新的产业升级之路，学习借鉴德国工业4.0 战略的理念和相关做法，采取有效的政策措施，加快引导和推动产业朝着工业4.0方向发展。 关键词: 工业4.0战略，深圳，产业升级，借鉴 ExplorationofIndustrialUpgradingof ShenzhenBasedontheTheory of Industry 4.0 Abstract: Industry 4.0 is considered as the fourth industrial revolution in Germany. It is a strategy which the German government published the High-tech Strategy 2020 in November 2011, designed to support a new generation of revolutionary technology in the manufacturing sector Research Develop and innovation, and maintain Germanysinternational competitiveness.Industry4.0 strategy presentsuswith anew industrialblueprint. This paper will begin from the reasons that German carry out Industry 4.0 Strategy and its main industrial featuresadvantages and strivetoillustratethegreat revolutionary changein theindustry 4.0 strategy isabout tothe German manufacturing industry and trying to find their place in common with the Shenzhen industrial structural reforms. For Shenzhen, which based on electronic information technology industry and an enabling policy environment, it may be the best place to take the lead in the direction of Industry 4.0 transformation in China ; especially in the guide of China manufacture 2025 strategic, Shenzhen should explore new industrial upgrading and restructuring road actively, learn concepts and related practices from Germany industry 4.0 strategy and take effective policy measures to guide and promote the industry to accelerate toward the direction of industrial development 4.0.
