塞来昔布对脑胶质瘤细胞放射增敏效应的研究 【摘要】 ［目的］ 观察 COX-2 选择性抑制剂塞来昔布 (Celecoxib) 对三种脑胶质瘤细胞放射增敏作用。 ［方法］ 选择适当浓度的 COX-2 选择性抑制剂 Celecoxib 进行放射增敏实验， 设置单纯放射 （R）组和放射 + 药物 （R+D ）组，采用集落形成法分别检测 Celecoxib 对脑胶质瘤 SHG-44 细胞株， 767 细胞以及大鼠脑胶 质瘤 C6 细胞株的放射增敏效应，并绘制细胞存活曲线。 ［结果］ Celecoxib 对 3 种胶质瘤细胞株均显示 出放射增敏效应， R+D 组与 R 组相比较，反映放射敏感性指标的 SF2 、D0.01 、D0 、 Dq 均出现下降。 其中 tSF2=8.315 ，P=0.014 ；tD0.01=9.28 ，P=0.011 ；tD0=3.985 ，P=0.058 ；tDq=3.348 ，P =0.075 。［结论］ Celecoxib 在体外实验中可以提高脑胶质瘤的放射敏感性。 Celecoxib 有可能成为治 疗胶质瘤的放射增敏剂。 【关键词】 塞来昔布； COX-2 ；放射敏感性；胶质瘤 Radiosensitization of Celecoxib for Glioma Cells QIN Song- bing, ZHOU Le-yuan, XU Xiao-ting, et al. The cells were randomized into two groups, ra diation alone group (R), and radiation combined with celecoxib group (R+D). Celecoxib ’ s radiosensitization was measured by clongenic assay, and survival curve was described. ［Result ］Celecoxib displayed radiosensitizing effect in the three strains of glioma cells. The Value of D0, Dq, SF2 and D0.01 of group R+D was significantly lower than that o f group R (tSF2=83.5,P=0.014;tD0.01=9.28,P=0.011;tD0=3.9
