Methods All kinds of special apparatus and materials were prepared before the operation, security management was guaranteed during the operation, anti?infection methods were carried out, the application of the apparatus was mastered, special attention was paid to the protection of heart and vascular bridge, and close cooperate between the doctor operation and nursing was emphasized in order to ensure the success of the surgery. Results The operation was successful, with all the patientsrsquo; syndromes of chest congestion, chest pain, palpitation disappeari ng. Besides, patie ntsrsquo; activity en dura nee was obviously improved and there was no complications as embolization and valve dysfunction, no infection as well, with all the patients discovered. Conclusion Sufficient preparation before the operation and close cooperation between the nurses and the doctor are the guarantees of the operation success.
