心脏彩超与心电图诊断高血压性心脏病的对比分析 蒋耀沐 (商丘市第一人民医院彩超室，河南商丘476100) ［摘要］：目的：探究采用心脏彩超和心电图对于高血压性心脏病的临床诊断 比较。方法：选择我院2014年6月到2015年6月收治的60例高血压心脏病患 者，将其作为观察组，再选择同期接受的60例健康体检者作为对照组，对比两 组心脏彩超诊断情况，并且分析心脏彩超和心电图对高血压性心脏病的诊断情况。 结果：观察组与对照组在左室壁厚度、左室末舒张期直径、左室重量的差异不显 著(P0.05)o心脏彩超诊断在左房增大、左室肥厚、左室扩大、主动脉扩张以 及主动脉弹性减退的检出率显著高于心电图相应指标检出率，差异显箸(P 0.05)o结论：釆用心脏彩超诊治高血压性心脏病相比于心电图可有效提高诊断 率，值得临床推广。 ［关键词］心脏彩超；心电图；高血压性心脏病 Comparative analysis of cardiac ultrasound and ECG in diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease Jiang Yaomu (Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital, Shangqiu Henan 476100) Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease by echocardiography and ECG. Methods: 60 patients with hypertensive heart disease who were treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the observation group, and 60 healthy persons were selected as the control group. Compared with the two groups of patients with heart color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis, the diagnosis of high blood pressure heart disease was analyzed. Results: in the observation group and the control group in the left ventricular wall thickness* left ventricular end diastolic diameter, left ventricular weight difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion: the use of heart color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive heart disease compared to ECG can effectively improve the diagnosis rate, it is worth clinical promotion.
