成功的培训能通过员工技能的提高,有效地减少工作压力并增加工作乐趣,减少人员 流动和流失。新员工导向培训,是培训的一种特殊形式,主要是针对新入企业的员工,为 了让其了解组织的相关信息,熟悉工作内容、程序等,使其尽快适应新的工作环境和工作 团队。合理设置的新员工导向培训能使新员工获得职业生涯所必须的相关信息,适应组织 环境,进一步了解组织的各方面信息,加速适应期。成功的新员工导向培训能够传递企业 价值观、塑造员工行为规范、增强企业稳定性,并减小人员管理的风险。 本文研究试图使用理论分析和实证研究相结合的方法。通过对新员工导向培训理论、 现代培训理论等相关理论及国内外的研究成果进行综述;在此基础上,以A公司新员工 导向培训为研究对象,对本文的研究对象进行了分析。 在对A公司现行的新员工导向培训效果分析的基础上,有针对性地指出其不足之处, 并从培训的系统性设置、内容调整、质量保障体系等角度,探讨提高新员工导向培训有效 性的改进措施。 关键词:新员工,导向培训,培训有效性 ABSTRACT Successful training can effectively reduce work stress and increase work pleasure, reduce staff turnover and loss through the improvement of employee skills. The new employee orientation training, is a special form of training is mainly for new employees in enterprises, in order to let them understand the organization information, familiar with the procedure and content, and the as soon as possible to adapt to the new work environment and work team. Reasonable setting of new employee orientation training can make the new employee get the relevant information, adapt to the organization environment, and further understand the organizations various aspects of information, accelerate the adaptation period. Successful new employee orientation training can pass the enterprise values, shape employee behavior norms, enhance the stability of the enterprise, and reduce the risk of personnel management. This paper attempts to use a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research methods. Through in the new employee orientation training theory, modern training theory and other related theory and the domestic and foreign research results are reviewed in this paper; on the basis of this, a new employee orientation training as the research object, object of study of this paper were analyzed.
