And she also sings more loudly than Tara.

Talk about personal traits.
learn and know the rules of comparatives of adjectives/ adverbs and use them to compare people.

Find out the different traits of others.

Look at the pictures on PPT and review descriptive words for people.
What does/do he/she/they look like? What is he/she like?
(注意引导学生回顾这两个问句的区别,前者为描述外貌特征,后者是性格特征,从而复习thin, fat, tall, short, quiet, loud 等形容词)
Have a free talk
Do you have a sister, brother or good friend?
What does she/he look like?
handsome/ medium height/ long hair/ curly hair/ short/ strong/ wear glasses......
What is she/he like?
friendly/ funny/ brave/ outgoing/polite/ hard-working/ creative......
Try to describe him or her to your partner.
Step 2 : Presentation----pre-listening
1. Write the opposite words according to the pictures and finish 1a.
