血清 PGⅠ、PGⅡ及 RegⅣ水平检测在胃癌患者中的临床意义 [摘要 ] 目的 研究血清 PGⅠ、 PGⅡ及 RegⅣ水平检测 对胃癌患者的临床意义。方法  整群选取该院  2012  年  3― 12 月收治的  216 例胃部病变患者，检测所有患者血清中  PGI、 PGII、 RegIV以及 CEA、 CA19-9 水平，其中 18 例胃癌患者， 设为胃癌组， 198 例胃病患者，设为胃病组。 结果 血清 PG 和 RegIV联合检测胃癌的敏感性、 特异性分别为 83.3%、78.2%，血清 CEA联合 CA19-9 检测胃癌的敏感性、特异性分别为 55.6%、59.1%。PG 联合 RegIV检验胃癌的敏感性、特异性都 明显比  CEA联合  CA19-9 检验高。差异有统计学意义。  结论 PG 和  Reg 联合检验具有很高的敏感性和特异性，  对胃癌的诊 断具有高的辅助诊断价值。 [关键词 ] PGI； PGII；RegIV；胃癌 [中图分类号 ] R5 [文献标识码 ] A [文章编号 ] 1674-0742 2016）01（ b） -0197-02 Clinical Significance of Serum PG I and PG II and Reg IV Level Detection in Patients with Gastric Cancer MAO Yan-hong Zhushan Peoples Hospital， Shiyan， Hubei Province， 442200 China [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical significance of serum PG I and PG II and Reg IV level detection in patients with gastric cancer. Methods 216 cases of patients with gastric lesions treated in our hospital from March 2012 to December 2012 were selected ， the serum PGI， PGII， RegIV and CEA and CA19-9 levels of all patients were detected ， among them ， 18 cases of patients with gastric cancer were regarded as the gastric cancer group ， 198 cases of patients with gastrosis were regarded as the gastrosis group. Results The sensitivity and specificity of serum PG combined with RegIV in detecting gastric cancer were respectively 83.3% and 78.2%， which were higher than those of serum CEA combined with CA19-9 （55.6% and 59.1%），the difference was obvious with statistical significance. Conclusion Serum PG combined with RegIV detection is of very high sensitivity and specificity ， which is of high auxiliary clinical value in diagnosis of gastric cancer.
