父亲参与家园合作的现状研究 --以北京市朝阳区某一级一类实验幼儿园为例 摘要 父亲是幼儿成长过程中的不可或缺的重要角色，父亲对幼儿发展的作用是任何人都替代不了的。但是在现实中，是不是所有的父亲都能意识到这一点，还值得我们去深入研究。基于这样的思考，对于父亲参与家园合作的情况的调查就显得非常有必要。 本研究通过对国内外关于父亲参与家园合作的相关研究成果整理的分析，了解前人的研究成果，再结合现实情况，设计调查问卷和访谈提纲，针对父亲对家园合作的认识、参与的频率、参与的内容、参与的方法以及妨碍父亲参与家园合作的因素五个方面展开调查。研究结果发现父亲的教养观念与幼儿园不一致，父亲实际活动参与度不够积极，思想行为被动等问题，而这些问题的产生受到父亲工作压力、教育意识等因素的影响。笔者根据这样的发现，提出了相应的改进建议，以期能对父亲参与家园合作的工作提供参考。 关键词：父亲幼儿参与家园合作 The research of Fathers attending to the family-kindergarten cooperation--in Beijing Abstract Father is an important role in the process of early childhood development. This study adopted questionnaire survey method, interview method, from father to their cooperation and understanding, participation frequency and the participation of the contents, methods and block her father factors involved in the cooperation of home and five aspects of investigation and study. Key words: Father, Children, Family cooperation, Status 一、绪论 （一）问题的提出 1.选题由来 父亲是幼儿成长过程中的重要角色。父亲参与教育，有着其他形式的教育包括母亲参与不可替代的作用。 在国内，不少的家庭依旧存在着“男主外，女主内”的传统观念，导致父亲一方面由于工作时间与压力、大男子主义观念，另一方面由于旧的教养观念等而较少甚至几乎未参与到幼儿的教育中来。而这些家庭的孩子，往往会在某些方面的表现弱于
