PAGE PAGE 28 大四学生对工商管理本科教育的满意度调查及其影响因素 摘要:工商管理专业是一个应用性极强的学科,也是近些年来社会需求人才量极大的一个学科。与此同时,也才在着这样一个矛盾,即社会对工商管理专业人才的大量需求,与每年大量毕业的工商管理专业学生未寻找到相关的工作形成鲜明的矛盾对比。 本研究选取浙江工商大学最为突出重点的工商管理专业为研究对象,并且将目标人群定位在即将毕业的工商管理专业大四学生,通过对该校工商管理专业大四学生进行满意度问卷调查。 本文通过对工商管理本科生教育进行满意度调查,明确了影响学生对教育满意度的4大因素,即教学资源因素、课程设置因素、课堂教学因素和实践教学因素。这些因素无不时时刻刻影响着学生对学校教育的综合评价。因此,学校在教学的过程中,应及时了解学生的心理需求、知识需求、社会需求,以明确的培养目标,有目的的,定向的培养符合社会和企业需要的人才。通过这些分析,可为学校第一时间调配资源以提高教学质量,完善工商管理专业教学课程体系,及健全工商管理专业人才培养模式做铺垫。 关键词:工商管理专业;人才培养模式;满意度评价;本科教育;影响因素 Factors of business administration undergraduate education satisfaction and its influencing Senior Abstract: Business management is a highly practical discipline, but also in social needs a great amount of discipline talents. At the same time, also only in such a contradiction, namely the social business management talent in great demand, and every year a large number of graduate business administration students did not find the work related to the formation of contrasting contradictions. This study selected the most prominent focus of the Zhejiang This paper through the investigation about the degree of satisfaction of business administration undergraduate education, the 4 major factors influencing students satisfaction of education, namely, teaching resources, teaching factors, factors and factors of practice teaching factors. These factors are always affect students comprehensive evaluation on school education. Therefore, the school in the teaching process, should understand the psychological needs of students, knowledge needs, social needs, to develop targeted, purposeful, targeted training to meet the social and business needs of people. Through these analysis, for the first time the school can allocate resources to improve the quality of teaching, improve the professional curriculum system of business management, and improve the mode of business management professional training to pave the way for.
