PAGE PAGE 25 地方专业化与区域创新能力的实证研究 摘要：在知识经济的大背景下，创新是经济发展的强大动力，提升区域的创新能力成为当务之急，与此同时，随着社会主义市场经济的发展，专业化形成了要素的集聚，地方专业化的现象越来越明显。在区域水平上，因彼此之间距离的贴近，地方专业化更易于吸纳众多人才与技术，增加了创新意识，减少了创新风险，对技术创新与增加市场占有率等产生重要的影响。因此，本文用赫芬达尔指数来衡量地区专业化情况，分析地区专业化水平对区域创新能力的影响，并考虑研发经费投入、研发人员投入等投入要素及城市化水平、竞争程度、基础设施水平、外商投资水平等环境要素的影响，在此基础上，构建2007-2014年的31个省级区域的面板数据模型进行计量分析。通过实证研究，发现地方专业化对区域创新能力具有负相关的影响，因此，我国要加快地方专业化多元化的发展，以增强地方专业化对区域创新能力的正面效应，因而促进我国经济的蓬勃快速发展。 关键词： 地方专业化；区域创新能力；赫芬达尔指数；研发经费 Empirical Research of Local Specialization and Regional Innovation Capability Abstract: In the context of the knowledge economy, innovation is a powerful driving force for economic development, enhancing innovation capability region becomes a top priority, at the same time,?along with the development of the socialist market economy,?the formation of the elements of professional gathering, where the phenomenon of specialization becomes more and more obvious.
