To carry out the performance evaluation of the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price is of great significance for improving the effectiveness of the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price, safeguarding national food security and promoting high-quality agricultural development. Taking Linze County in Gansu Province as an example,this paper evaluates the reform workfrom the perspective of the implementation and completion of the task.
