论 文 摘 要 阅读能力是语文教学所要培养的一项重要能力。阅读能力的高低直接影响到 学生在语文方面的习作能力，甚至影响到其他科目的学习。小学阶段是学生学习 的重要基础阶段，也是阅读能力形成的关键时期，正是有了这一阶段的奠基，学 生才能在今后的语文学习道路上走得更顺畅。 但近年来，各年段阅读教学都在分析内容上用力。教学目标越位和不到位的 问题同时存在。阅读教学低年级向中年级靠、中年级向高年级靠的倾向明显。低 年级忽视朗读教学和词句教学；中年级忽视段的教学；高年级只注重分析内容， 忽视学习语言、领悟写法。整个小学阶段，有忽视写字教学、词汇教学的倾向。 只有不折不扣地达成年段目标，体现阶段性，才能环环相扣，螺旋上升，最终实 现小学阶段的各项目标，有效提升学生阅读能力。 总的来说，造成当前课堂教学有效性降低，学生阅读能力得不到提高的根本 原因是教学目标落实的不到位。因此，本文旨在找出课程标准中阅读教学目标与 教材中单元目标的结合点，制定各年级合适的阅读教学目标和教学内容。让一线 教师能便于操作，根据这些教学目标就能在教材中找出每课的训练点，扎实地进 行阅读训练，提高学生阅读能力。 关键词：阅读能力，课程目标，阅读能力培养的方法 5 ABSTRACT reading ability is key to fostering the teaching of languages is an important capability. reading ability in the language that directly affect students assignments capacity, and even affect other subjects of study.
