第28卷第4期 森 林 工 程 Vo1．28 No．4 2012年7月 FOREST ENGINEERING July，2012 葡萄贮运保鲜包装结构优化设计 翁 桢 ，李 琛 ，刘 颖 (1．东北林业大学工程技术学院，哈尔滨150040；2．黑龙江省森林持续经营与微生物工程重点实验室 (东北林业大学)，哈尔滨150040) 摘 要：随着我国物流产业的飞速发展，葡萄的销售范围扩大，运输距离延长，为保证葡萄的品质设计合理的贮运包 装尤为重要。本文分析贮运过程中影响葡萄品质的主要因素，并调查市场上常用的包装形式，在此基础上提出3种优化的 保鲜贮运包装形式。每1种形式都从葡萄贮运要求的角度应用包装技术对其进行合理设计，并提出葡萄贮运包装设计的要 点。能够更好的保证贮运中葡萄的品质，具有重要的研究价值。 关键词：葡萄；贮运包装；结构设计 中图分类号：S 663．1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001—005X(2012)04—0093—04 Optimal Design of Grape Storage and Transportation Packaging Structure Weng Zhen ，Li Chen ，Liu Ying (1．College of Engineering and Technology，Northe~t Forestry University，Harbin 150040； 2．Key Laboratory of Forest Sustainable Management and Micro—engineering in Heilongjiang Province，Northeast Forestry University，Harbin 150040) Abstract：With the rapid development of the logistics industry in China，grapes ale sold to a larger area and the transport dis— tance is extended．Therefore，it is necessary to design suitable storage and transportation packaging in order to ensure the quality of grapes．In this paper，the major factors affecting the grapes’quality during the storage and transportation process were analyzed，and the commonly used packaging forms on the market were investigated．Based on this，three kinds of optimized fresh storage and trans- portation packaging forms were proposed．Each of the packaging forms was designed rationally in order to meet the requirements of grape storage and transportation，and the key points of design were given．The packaging is able to better guarantee the quality of grapes during storage and transportation，and has important researeh value． Keywords：grape；stora
