Many principal high entropy alloys is five or more than five main elements according to the mole ratio or nearly mole ratio through melting, sintering or other methods, such as design has the properties of metal materials. High entropy alloys from proposed to the present, because of its special structure, performance and excellent metal caused great attention. This paper takes the AI, Cr, Co, Fe, Ni, Mo, Ti, Si eight kinds of commonly used metal elements, by changing the molar content of Mo, Ti, Si studied the mechanical properties of the alloy series and its change rule. By vacuum sintering furnace for sintering alloy, and the sintering of eight group yuan high entropy alloys tested the hardness and density of research. Research found that the eight elements smelting generated high entropy alloys its hardness is obvious higher than that of common cemented carbide, besides high entropy alloys properties such as strength, abrasion resistance, resistance to tempering softening characteristics were higher than other kinds of alloy and pure metal. The characteristics of high entropy alloys and their internal organization has a great connection. AlCrCoFeNiMoTixSiy high entropy alloys wear-resisting performance is far superior to the ordinary alloy, also use it as a coating on the surface of the tool ever processed with life. AlCrCoFeNiMoTixSiy high entropy alloys with high strength, high hardness, temper softening resistance, abrasion resistance and other performance characteristics. So, the research of high entropy alloys preparation can meet the requirements of modern industrial production to a great extent, the development of science and techno
