陈化对青筋黄片烤烟质体色素含量和吸食品质的影响

摘要：应用高效液相色谱对红花大金元青筋黄片(微带青烟叶)和正常烟叶(橘黄烟叶)中的质体色素(叶黄素和BI胡萝卜素)含量
进行测定，研究青筋黄片烟叶中质体色素在自然陈化过程中的变化。结果显示：随着陈化时间的延长，青筋黄片和正常烟叶的质
体色素含量均明显下降；青筋黄片烟叶的质体色素含量变化比正常烟叶快；青筋黄片上部烟叶的质体色素含量、中部烟叶的p胡萝
卜素含量趋近于正常烟叶；评吸质鼍稳步提升并趋近于正常烟叶水平。表明青筋黄片烟叶在陈化期间质体色素降解生成香味物质
量较多，陈化有利于青筋黄片烟叶品质提高。
