东北林业大学硕士学位论文Abstract东北林业大学硕士学位论文AbstractThe experiment materials are Dianthus Plumarius，which canle from ecology garden of Yabuli forest enterprise(A)and Beihua university experimental plot of JiLin Province(B) respectively．The experiment adopted the measure of antificial water controlled to potted materials，and studied on the relative leaf water content(RWC)of its organize，the rate of holding water in leaf slice，the relative membrane permeability，the quality of themalondialdehydric acid(MDA)，the chlorophylls(Chl)，proline，soluble protein，and some other indexes including the changing of the net photosynthetic rate．The results showed：1．In the condition of water stress，the relative water content and the rate of holding watertend to cast down．As the stress becomes stronger,the relative water content descends more acutely,and the decreasing breath of A and B have been consistent．The tendencies in different birthing times have no obvious differences．In comparison with CK’S indexes，the rate ofholding water capacity of A and B decreased 59．00％and 6 1．64％respectively when it comesto the fifteenth day．The tendencies in different birthing periods are consistent．2．The inside swimming Proline(Pro)of Dianthus Plumarius shows its increasing trends in the condition of water stress，especially in the later stage of the stress，and it exhibits its acutely increasing trends．Compared、Ⅳitll CK，the increasing breath of A and B come to 1 7．5 1 and 1 1．80 times respectively when it comes to the fifteenth day．In comparison with CK，the increasing breaths of various birthing periods are 1 1．1 6 and 1 7．5 1 times．3．Under the water stress，the soluble protein in Dianthus Plumarius shows its slowing— moving descent trend and the descent trends are basically consistent．Compared with CK，the soluble protein in A and B decreased to 29．75％and 33．68％respectively when it comes to thefifteenth day，which came down by 63．87％and 29．75％in different birthing periods．4．The content of the relative membrane permea
