七氟烷麻醉下行腹腔镜左半肝切除术患者实施规范化护理配合的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨七氟烷麻醉下行腹腔镜左半肝切除术患者实施规范化护理配合的应用效果。方法 选取2015年5月～2016年5月本院收治的68例行腹腔镜下左半肝切除术患者，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，各34例，对照组实施常规护理配合，观察组在常规护理配合基础上实施规范化护理配合，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量及患者、医生、护士满意度。结果 观察组手术时间（179.83±27.52）min明显短于对照组的（215.44±38.37）min，术中出血量观察组（282.93±76.26）mL明显少于对照组（367.12±94.43）mL，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者、医生、护士满意度分别为97.06%、94.12%、97.06%，均高于对照组的76.47%、73.53%、73.53%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 手术室护理团队实施规范化护理配合可显著提高七氟烷麻醉下行腹腔镜左半肝切除术的护理配合质量，缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量，提高患者、医生、护士的满意度。 　　[关键词] 七氟烷；腹腔镜；左半肝切除；规范化护理；手术配合 　　[中图分类号] R614.2+1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）07-0153-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the application effect of standardized nursing coordination in the patients undergoing laparoscopic left hepatectomy under sevoflurane anesthesia. Methods A total of 68 patients undergoing laparoscopic left hepatectomy who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， with 34 cases in each group.
