基于层次分析法高校创新创业教育绩效评价指标权重计算及应用 　　摘 要 对高校创新创业教育绩效进行评价是学校教学管理的重要环节，是不断推进创新创业教育发展的重要保证。而现有高校创新创业绩效评价普遍存在缺乏可操作性、客观性等问题，存在较大局限性。本文在创新创业绩效评价指标体系设计的基础上，利用层次分析法对体系一、二级指标进行计算确定，提高了创新创业教育绩效评价的可操作性、科学性。并给出评价分析案例，旨在为高校创新创业教育绩效评价的具体实施提供方法指导和依据。 　　关键词 创新创业教育 绩效评价 权重计算 　　中图分类号：G642 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2018.01.079 　　The Calculation and Application of Performance Evaluation Index Weight of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process 　　YUAN Guangming， LAN Haitao， LAN Tianjian， HU Guorui 　　（Chongqing Institute of Engineering， Chongqing 402260） 　　Abstract Evaluating the performance of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important part of the teaching management in schools and is an important guarantee to continuously promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education. The existing university performance evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship generally lacks operability， objectivity and other issues， there is a big limitation. Based on the design of index system of innovation and entrepreneurship performance evaluation， this paper uses AHP to calculate and determine the primary and secondary indicators of the system， which improves the operability and scientificalness of performance evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education. And give the case of evaluation analysis， which aims to provide methodological guidance and basis for the concrete implementation of the performance evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. 　　Keywords innovation and entrepreneurship education； performance evaluation； weight calculation 　　党的“十八大”以来，国家将创新创业教育摆在了教育改革发展的核心位置，《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》、《关于大力推进大众创业万众创新若干政策措施的意见》等一系列政策文件相继出台，文件明确指出，“要把创业精神培育和创业素质教育纳入国民教育体系，实现全社会创业教育和培训制度化、体系化”。[1]自此，我国高校创新创业教育工作全面展开，各类层次的高等学校都在如火如荼的开展创新创业教育。关于高校创新创业教育以及绩效评价的研究也日益增多，而通过搜集整理现有相关研究发现，高校创新创业教育绩效评价的研究基本都只停留在绩效评价指标体系的设计上，各层指标
