Southern region of grapes mature earlier than the north. So both north and south of grape production presented complement each other. This phenomenon is not only extend the procession of grape supply of the market and also an important way to farmers to get rich. But the southern grape production due to the high temperature in summer.so grape growing fast and fruit coloring difficulties, which will affect the quality and yield of Grape. To solve this problem, this research giant rose vine as test material, the use of 600 times (treatment A) concentration, 800 times (treatment B) concentration and 1000 times (treatment c) concentration of Guomeihong to investigate the effect of its coloring, quality and yield, and the the purpose was to enhance coloring, improve quality and increase the yield. Such research can provide reference basis for viticulture production management technical measures. The experimental results showed that: Effects of different concentrations treatments of “Guomeihong” on the skin color, the anthocyanidin glycosides content, the chlorophyll content and the anthocyanidin glycosides/chlorophyll of giant rose grape. Different treatment have obvious effect, compared with the control, the treatment C has the best effect, Among them, the anthocyanidin glycosides content and the anthocyanidin glycosides/chlorophyll were increased by 43.82% and 98.96% respectively, but the chlorophyll content was reduced by 29.3%.The darker color is purple.
