我国三阴型乳腺癌临床病理特征与预后Meta分析 　　[摘要] 目的 系统评价我国三阴型乳腺癌的临床病理特征及预后，为筛查高危人群，指导临床防治，评估预后提供循证基础。 方法 检索PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library、万方全文数据库、中国知网（CNKI）、中国生物医学文摘数据库（CBM）及维普数据库，系统收集我国三阴型乳腺癌临床病理特征及预后的相关文献，对纳入文献进行质量评估，采用RevMan 5.2软件，建立随机或固定效应模型进行Meta分析。 结果 纳入20个临床对照试验，文献质量多为6～7颗星。三阴组与非三阴组乳腺癌之间差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）的临床特征为绝经情况、瘤体直径、病理类型，OR值分别为1.11（95%CI=0.99～1.25）、1.23（95%CI=0.90～1.68）、0.87（95%CI=0.74～1.01）。 结论 与非三阴型乳腺癌相比，三阴型乳腺癌患者发病年龄相对年轻，组织学分级及病理分期较高，淋巴结转移率高，与乳腺癌家族史相关，5年无瘤生存率及总生存率较差。 　　[?P键词] 三阴型乳腺癌；病理特征；预后分析；Meta分析 　　[中图分类号] R655.8 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）12（b）-0096-06 　　Clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis of triple negative breast cancer in China：a Meta analysis 　　LU Guofen ZHANG Huiting MA Dekui▲ OU Jiwen ZHANG Qing 　　Department of Breast Surgery， the First Peoples Hospital of Zhaoqing City， Guangdong Province， Zhaoqing 526000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To systematically assess clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of Chinese population with triple negative breast cancer，and to provide evidence-based medical proof for screening high risk groups，instruct the clinical prevention and treatment， estimate prognosis. The age， family history of breast cancer， histologic grade， axillary lymph node metastasis， pathollogicstage， 5 years of tumor free survival rate and overall survival rate between the group of triple-negative breast cancer and the group of non-triple-negative breast cancer were compared，with statistical significance （P 0.05）.
