Study on the Existing Problems and Countermeasures of our Country’s Dairy Standard System (Economics and Management College of Nanjing Agricultural University) Dairy consumption is an important aspect of residents’ food consumption in our country. As the living standard of residents rising, the consumption of dairy will keep increasing. Since the “Melamine event”, the security of dairy quality has become the focus that the consumers pay high attention to. The dairy standard system is the fundamental guarantee of dairy quality security. Therefore, it is signifi cant for us to research the system. This article analyzes the dairy standard system of our country from three different angles: the maker, the time and the supply chain. From the research we fi nd that there are some problems in our country’s dairy standard system including the lagging of the standards making, the low level of the standards and the blanks in the standard system. Accordingly, we suggest that our government should perfect our country’s dairy standard system to ensure the security of the dairy quality better by strengthening project research, intensifying information communication and so on. dairy, standard system of dairy, problems, suggestions
