华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract Since China adopted the opening- up policy, the national economy and the Comprehensive national strength have developed rapidly. Chinese is playing more and more important role in the international communication. As the emphasis on Chinese, the number of Chinese learners is getting higher and higher, so the demand for the Chinese language teachers is also increased year by year. In order to compensate the shortage of Chinese language teachers, the Chinese teacher volunteers came into being. Thailand is one of the first pilot countries to carry out the Chinese teacher volunteers’ project. Over the years, this project is very successful; the work of training Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailand also has been more and more attention. Therefore, based on the new situation of Chinese international promotion, the author targeted to analyze the work of training the Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailand. The author has studied the Hanban training scheme of the Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailand carefully, and investigated the Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailand through the questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the arrangement of the training courses, we know the current training of Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailand still exist some problems; this study aims at to solve these problems and puts forward some relevant suggestions. The first chapter analyzes the research background and the scope of the research significance; in the second chapter, the author mainly describes the research methods, the research object, and the research status quo. The mainly contents are the third chapter and fourth chapter. The third chapter is focused on the survey of the training work to the Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailand and the fourth chapter analyzes the training work and gives some comments. The last chapter is the summary about the shortcoming of the research and the advice for follow-up training. Key words: The
