Abstract The research of affective teaching in Chinese teaching of reading in senior high school The research of affective teaching in Chinese teaching of reading in senior high school Abstract The teaching of reading plays an important role in Chinese teaching in senior high school.This study pays much attention to the way to put it into practice in Chinese teaching in senior high school by ways of affective teaching with the method of the literature research, the text analysis and the case analysis.First of all,this article makes a summarize of the affective teaching.In this part,it discusses the facts and figures of the affective teaching,and list its theoretical foundations in terms of Physiology,Psychology,aesthetics of reception and Educational Theory.It also talks about the great significance of the affective teaching,including improving reading efficiency,respecting students and improving students’ overall quality.Then this article points out the problems in affective teaching in senior high school,and analysis its reasons by ways of teachers,students and schools.Meanwhile,it refers to the problems in textbooks.At last,to solve these problems,it puts forward four measures,including setting great beginnings with suspenses,situations and audio-visual images,doing emotional readings by teachers and different students in different ways,having researches and cooperations with good questions,teamwork and margins, having extensions by adding informations and materials and connecting reading with reading.
