万方数据 万方数据 教师专业发展的学校支持系统研究 摘 要 教师是教育改革发展的推动者、执行者，是教育改革发展的成败关 键。教师的专业发展是教育发展的必然要求。学校对教师的专业发展具 有重要的影响力，教师个体的专业发展需要其所在学校给予充分的支持。 然而，当前中小学校对教师的专业发展工作认识不到位，其办学思想、 行政管理、制度文化、课程管理、教师培训、物质保障等方面都不同程 度地阻滞了教师的专业发展，教师的专业发展缺乏有力的环境支持。 为此，笔者提出学校应当高度重视教师的发展，建立一个教师专业 发展的学校支持系统，其中包括组织支持系统、专业支持系统、物质支 持系统三个子系统，希望通过构建该支持系统，进一步整合学校的各种 资源，为教师专业发展提供良好的支持环境。本研究以人本管理理论为 工具，选取一所普通中学为研究样本，分析当前中小学校在支持教师专 业发展方面存在的问题和不足，并在此基础上提出构建完善的教师专业 发展的学校支持系统的策略：树立以师为本的办学理念；建立服务教师 发展的管理模式；建设有利于教师发展的校园文化；创造有利于教师发 展的实践、培训、研究校本平台等。 关键词：教师专业发展；学校支持系统；人本管理 5 Research on school support system in Teacher professional development Abstract Teachers, the promoters and the performers of education reform and development, are the key to the success of education reform and development. Teacher professional development is the inevitable requirement of development education. School for teachers professional development has the important influence, teachers individual professional development needs their school to give full support. However, the current school for teachers professional development work understanding does not reach the designated position, the thought of running a school, administrative management, institutional culture, curriculum management, teacher training, material supporting, blocks teacher professional development in different levels, so professional development of teachers is lack of strong environmental support. For this, the author puts forward that the school should attach great importance to the development of teachers, and establish a teacher professional development school support system, including three subsystems, that is, organization support system, professional support system, material support system, hoping to provide a good supporting environment for Teacher professional development through the construction of the support system, further integration of school resources. this study, based on theory of humanistic management , selects a ordinary middle school as the research sample, analysis
