护理干预队腰椎间盘突出症病人康复知识与行为的影响 夏博华 北京市昌平IX中医医院按摩科102200 摘要：目的：探讨护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者康复知识与遵医行 为的影响。方法：选择我院2012年1月到2013年1月收治的112例腰椎间 盘突出症患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组，分别采取常规医嘱护理和康复护理 干预，比较两组患者康复知识掌握及遵医行为改善情况。结果：两组干预前康复 知识掌握率无明显差异(Pgt;0.05)；观察组干预后康复知识掌握率明显高于对 照组(Plt;0.05);观察组干预后遵医行为较对照组明显改善(Plt;0.01)。结论： 护理干预可明显提高腰椎间盘突出症患者康复知识的掌握，改善患者遵医行为， 促进患者康复，只有较好的临床应用价值。 关键词：护理干预；腰椎间盘突出症；康复知识；遵医行为 Nursing intervention on the impact of rehabilitation knowledge and behaviors of patients with lumbar disc herniation (LIDP) [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the Nursing intervention on the impact of rehabilitation knowledge and behaviors of patients with lumbar disc herniation (LIDP). Methods: 112 cases with LIDP in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, and they were given routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing interventions and the knowledge of rehabilitation control and compliance behavior of improving the situation were compared between the two groups. Results: The knowledge of rehabilitation master before intervention was no significant difference between the two groups (Pgt;0.05); knowledge of rehabilitation after the intervention of the observation group was significantly higher than control (Plt;0.05), and the compliance behavior after the intervention were better than the control group (Plt;0.01). Conclusion: Nursing intervention can significantly improve the rehabilitation of patients with LIDP and improve the compliance behavior, and it can promote the rehabilitation of patients with better clinical value.
