Look at the pictures,can you guess what he did? 2、Name each activity: Stayed at home, Went to mountains, Went to the beach, visited museums, went to summer camp, saw Huangguoshu Waterfall StepⅡPeter’s dairy Think about six questions: ⑴When did Peter go on vacation? ⑵Where did Peter go? ⑶How was the weather? ⑷Who did Peter go with? ⑸What food did Peter eat? ⑹How did Peter feel about the trip? 2、Read the diary and find out the answers. 3、Think it over and sum up how to describe a trip Step Ⅲ Complete the diary entry.(3a) Finish this diary individually. Check the answers. Find out the key points. Step Ⅳ Show teacher Lydia’s diary Show some photos about the holiday. Describe the key points. The diary used the past tense. Fill in the blanks and check the answers. Step Ⅴ Summary Where did you go on vacation? Its your turn to write your diary entries. Key points: weather, place, time, food, activities and description words.
