大学教师信息素养提升路径研究 随着移动互联网的发展，教育信息化 2.0 时代已经到来，特别是XXX疫情下大规模的线上教学对教师信息素养提出了更高的要求。本文基于教学主管部门、教育行业协会、培训机构、学校和教师，建议上述五方多维度联动以实现教师信 息素养提升，推进教育教学模式的优化。具体而言，本文首先从大学教师信息素 养的内涵出发，总结大学教师信息素养现状及原因，提出以下路径建议：教育主 管部门应制定教师信息素养评价标准；教育行业协会应推进教师信息素养普及； 培训机构应提供多层系的培训课程；学校应督促检查教师信息素养；教师应重视 自身信息素养。 关键词：教育信息化，信息素养，大学教师 Abstract: With the advent of the second educational information age, large-scale online teaching has put forward higher requirements for teachers education quality, especially under the 2019-nCoV situation. Based on five aspects which are teaching authorities, education industry associations, training institutions, universities and teachers, this paper suggests that the five aspects should interact in multi-dimension to improve teachers’ information literacy and to promote the optimization of education and teaching mode. To be specific, this paper starts from the connotation of internal factor which is the university teachers’ information literacy to summarizes the current situation and reasons of university teachers’ information literacy. Then the following suggestions are put forward based on the five aspects. The priority is that the education department should formulate the evaluation standard of teachers’ information literacy. Education industry associations should promote the popularization of teachers information literacy. Training institutions should provide multi-level training courses. Universities should supervise and inspect teachers information literacy. The last one is that teachers should attach importance to their own information literacy. Key words: Education Quality; Educational Information; University Teachers 一、引言 《 教育信息化 2.0 行动计划》明确了加快 教育现代化XXX强国建设，推进 新时代教育信息化发展，办好网络教育。特别是 XXXX 年XXX疫情期间，更 加突出教育现代化的重要作用。据统计，高校方面，截至 XXXX 年 5 月 8 日，全 国有 1454 所高校开展在线教学，并有 103 万教师在线开课达到 107 万门课程， 覆盖本科理、工、农、医、史、哲、艺、经、管、法、文、教全部 12 个学科门类 1。在“停课不停学”的思想指导下，万亿师生参与到在线教学中，我国 教育信息化建设获得了前所未有的实践。未来高校在线教学平台的管理与优化将进一步推进，信息化服务能力和服务水平将会持续提升，大学教学逐步走向个性化、智能化，大学教师具有较高信息素养已成为教师的基本素养，是提高核心竞争力的
