1.PURPOSE目的

DongMinghasdevelopedsupplierCSRagreementbaseoncustomerrequirements,RBAcodeofconductandJACguidelines,werequestsupplierstoestablishandmaintainitsCSRmanagementsystemswithreferencetointernationalstandardsofISO14001/ISO45001/IPC1401andcascadetosub-tiersuppliers.

ThisCSRauditreporttemplateandchecklistisdevelopedasapracticalguidanceforauditorstoassessthelevelofcomplianceofasuppliersCSRperformanceagainstDongMingCSRagreement.

根据客户要求、RBA行为准则和JAC指引制定了“供应商社会责任协议”，我们要求供应商参照ISO14001/ISO45001/IPC1401等国际公认的CSR标准建立CSR管理体系，并向下级供应商传递。

本CSR考察报告模板及检查表旨在为审核员提供一个操作指引，协助审核员评估供应商与东明CSR协议之间的符合程度。

2.SCOPE范围

ThissupplierCSRaudittoolappliestoallsuppliersandsubcontractorssupplyinggoodsorservicestoDongMingdirectlyandindirectly,includingsub-tiersuppliers.

本供应商CSR审核工具适用于所有直接或间接向东明提供产品或服务的供应商和分包商，包括下级供应商。

3.AUDITBYSELFASSESSMENT自我评估稽核

Asuppliershallconductself-assessmentbeforeDongMingauditandprovidetheself-assessmentreportinthistemplatetoDongMing

Thesuppliershallconductself-assessmentwiththesameauditmethodologiesasDongMingincludingsiteinspection,documentreview,interviewwithmanagementandworkers,internetsearchtoidentifytheirachievements,bestpracticesanddeficiencies,thesuppliershalltakecorrectiveandpreventiveactionsandupdatetheprogress.

ThesuppliershallassignappropriatepersonssuchasHRmanagerandEHSengineertoconductthisself-assessment,theself-assessorsshallclarifytheauditscopeoftheproductionfloorsandwarehousesrelatedtoDongMingproductsandworkerdormitoriesandcanteens,andcompletethetab2siteprofile,especiallythemanufacturingprocessandsub-contractedprocessandworkersinformation.
