摘要：随着现代体育课程改革理论和实践的发展，随着现代社会对人类健康的要求日益提高，随着终身体育的呼唤，
必须对体育课程进行深入地改革。通过对浙江工商职业技术学院2005—2007级学生进行体质健康测试数据的分
析以及有关体育课程改革方面的问卷调查，探讨高职院校大学生身心健康方面存在的问题、原因以及高职院校体育
课程改革的必要性、紧迫性和可行性，并提出体育课程改革的对策和建议。

This article through carries on the physique health test data to my school 2005—2007 level of students t he analysis{ well
as the related sports curriculum reforms the aspect the questionnaire survey，and through conducts the analysis research to
the test data and the investigation material，The discuKsion quality colleges and universities universlty student physical and
moral integrity aspect exists the question，the reason as well aS the quality colleges and universities sports curriculum refomls
the necexsity，the pressing and the feasibility，and proposed the sports curriculum refomas countemleasure and suggestion．
