Abstract: With the people’s focus on issues of food safety, many institutions successively add food quality and safety major across the country. As an applied discipline, food quality management’s teaching object is college students of food science and engineering, processing and storage of agricultural products , food quality and safety and related majors. We implement the learning method of case teaching combined with practice in the teaching, aiming at the characteristics of food quality management closely linked with actual cases, and analyze idoneous principles and methods when problems are solved by entering enterprises and help students master the knowledge of textbook to strengthen practice ability through classical case and the generated causes of analyzing case results.
