酶解法提取南极磷虾虾油的研究

摘要:采用酶解法结合溶剂萃取从南极磷虾中提取虾油,通过对比实验,选择了先加碱性蛋白酶再
加中性蛋白酶的加酶方法,重点研究了两种酶的添加量和酶解时间对提取率的影响。经单因素实
