酶解菲牛蛭制备抗凝血肽的工艺优化

摘要:以菲牛蛭为原料,采用刖calaseL碱陆蛋白酶酶解菲牛蛭制备抗凝血肽,通过筛选显著单因素并啵计正交试验,并以
抗凝血活性为指标,确定酶解的最佳反应条件为:酶解温度55℃、酶解时间2 8.5,在该条件下
h、底物浓度12%、加酶量3%、pH
所制备的抗凝血肽的抗凝血活性可达702解U便。
