中、重度儿童铅中毒驱铅治疗中尿铅的意义 　　【摘要】 目的：分析中、重度儿童铅中毒驱铅治疗中尿铅检测的意义，为儿童铅中毒的诊断、治疗、疗效评价提供依据。方法：回顾性分析2009年8月-2013年12月本科室住院的72例中、重度儿童铅中毒病例。按《儿童高铅血症和铅中毒分级和处理原则（试行）》筛选并治疗，分析驱铅治疗前尿铅与血铅的相关性，观察驱铅治疗第一天的尿铅与治疗前的尿铅水平。结果：中、重度儿童铅中度患儿治疗前尿铅与血铅呈正相关（r=0.826，P=0.0000.01），驱铅第一天尿铅与血铅呈正相关（r=0.635，P=0.0020.01）。驱铅治疗第一天尿铅与治疗前尿铅相比明显升高。结论：儿童铅中毒驱铅治疗中检测尿铅，可为儿童铅中毒的合理诊断、治疗、疗效评价提供依据。 　　【关键词】 儿童铅中毒； 驱铅治疗； 尿铅 　　The Significance of Lead in the Treatment of Moderate and Severe Lead Poisoning in Children/ZHANG Cheng，LIU Wei-wei，YANG Zhi-qian，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（09）：143-146 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the significance of the determination of lead in the treatment of lead poisoning in children with severe lead poisoning，to provide the basis for diagnosis，treatment and curative effect evaluation of lead poisoning in children.Method：The data of 72 cases with moderate and sever lead poisoning in our hospital from August 2009 to December 2013 were retrospectivily analyzed，according to the 《Children’s Classification and Principles of Management of High Blood Lead and Lead Poisoning （try out）》 screening and treatment，the analysis of displacement as lead urine before treatment，the correlation between blood lead and drive as lead treatment on the first day of urine and the urine lead before treatment.Result：In moderate and severe children lead treatment in children with correlation of urine lead and blood lead was positive（r=0.826，P=0.0000.01），flooding lead in the first day urine lead and blood lead was positively correlated（r=0.635，P=0.0020.01）.The urine lead in first day therapy was significantly higher than that before treatment.Conclusion：The detection of urinary lead in the treatment of lead poisoning in children can provide a basis for the rational diagnosis，treatment and curative effect evaluation of lead poisoning in children. 　　【Key words】 Children lead poisoning； Flooding lead treatment； Urine lead 　　First-author’s address： The Twelfth People’s Hospital of Guangzhou，Guangzhou 5106
