Under one week of health management, the condition of myalgia is eased off.(6) The results of the competition: athletes in the competition has made outstanding achievements. They got the second place in the womens 3000 meters relay race, won the fourth in the mens 3000 meters relay race and shared no.8 in the 1000 meters and the 300 meters individual time trial. Conclusion: (1)According the results of monitoring and managing the biochemical conditions of roller skating athletes before the competition, myalgia appears after 8 days of training, and various indexes proved the state of exercise-induced sport fatigue after 16 days of training, accompanied with micro injury to skeletal muscles. Using massage, heat compress and nutrition guidance as methods of health intervention, the fatigue condition can be improved effectively and create certain protective effect for skeletal muscles. (2) It is easy and effective to monitor the body condition of the athletes before the competition using non-destructive methods like analyzing urine and saliva.
